The Facilities14 viewsAfter a lovely rain, down river from here is a laundry facility, a bathing facility, and a drinking facility -- in fact you may be using all three together at the same time. There are many of these "facilities" locally but some have dried up due to very little rain this month.

Inside work12 viewsThe other area we're working on is the hardwood floors: the upper bedrooms are completed and the dining room is also planned to be completed by the end of next week. We're also working on the plywood wall covering, and that may be a couple of weeks before that's completed. We're looking at hiring a painting crew & possibly a tile crew for the lower floor. We found a furniture business that'll make the bunk beds for about 10% above our cost and some 40% below the local warehouse, whom he also builds beds for

45 viewsWe're making progress in many areas, one is below. The electricians are installing the underground service and the communication cables - both have to be in there own conduits. The PNG power system utilizes 3-240Volt lines unlike our U.S. 2-120Volt lines
